.The Revenue Commission Licensing Division provides the citizens of Talladega County with their license needs as regulated by the State of Alabama.  The Licensing Division is responsible for:

  • Applications for Alabama Certificates of Title
  • Vehicle Registration - License Plates and Dealers Plates Issuance
  • Boat Registrations
  • Manufactured Homes Registrations
  • Driver License & Non-Driver ID Card (Renewals and Replacements ONLY)
  • Business License
  • Hunting and Fishing Licenses
